Individual Student / Group Work can only be viewed by an Administrator in Lt via the Grading Interface (Student Work | Lesson of Interest | Grading). This means that the person who wishes to view the work must have the appropriate permissions, and the particular Question / Data Sampling Panel must have it's Assessment set to be either Graded or Instant + Graded in order for it to appear in the Grading Interface:
Note that only Panels in the Question category and Data Recording Panels are able to have Assessment applied to them.
