If you receive the error message "stimulating bar electrode not available" try the following:
- Have the student login and navigate to the page that is experiencing the issue.
- Have the stimulating bar electrode connected, turn the PowerLab off and on.
- In the system tray, right-click on the kuraCloud desktop application and restart it.
- Refresh the browser page, then try sampling.
Note: Please ensure there are no custom settings files uploaded to the data sampling panel.
