What wire sizes are available for ADInstruments' Wire Myographs?

There are two wire sizes that are available for use with the ADInstruments/DMT Wire Myographs. 

  1. Stainless Steel Wire - 40 micrometer wire for mounting of ring preparations with lumens >100 micrometer
  2. Tungsten Wire - 25 micrometer wire for mounting of ring preparations with lumens >60 micrometer.

      NOTE: The thinner diameter wire is made of tungsten because stainless steel will break if it is too thin.
