When Copying and Pasting a Panel from one Page to another in Lt, by default hitting the 'Paste' Button will place the pasted Panel at the bottom of the current Page.
However, you can specify where the Panel is placed when pasted if desired, meaning you don't have to move it from the bottom of the page to the relevant position - simply click a Panel on the Page before pasting:
When you then Paste, the pasted Panel will appear below the selected Panel instead of being inserted at the end of the Page:
