Macros in LabChart for windows (version 7 or later) can be written in two ways. The first is to record a series of mouse clicks into a Macro by carrying out the steps that you need in the Macro. The second is to use VB scripting to create the Macro.
If you are using the latter you may need a description of the code to assist with your creation. To start your Macro, go the Macro Menu>Manage..... Click 'new...' in the right panel and give your macro a name. Then on the right of the panel, you will see a list of different objects that can be used. If you click on a specific one, you then see a further description of the object in the bottom panel. (note the right scroll bar as there may be hidden information).
