If the Lt software rejects the access code from the Lt Student Access Card you purchased, please perform the following steps:
- Ensure that the access code you purchased has not expired. Lt Student Access Cards are sold with 6 month and 12 month licenses. This time period begins from
- Carefully review the code printed on your Access Card, and verify that you entered the code correctly into the Lt Software.
- If none of the above solves the issue, please contact your course administrator with proof of purchase for your Lt Student Access Card, and your instructor will work with ADInstruments to solve this issue.
