This is a known issue in LabChart for Windows version 7.3.7, and will be corrected in a future release of LabChart. To work around this issue, apply an Arithmetic channel calculation similar to the one pictured below with the desired units and decimal places to each raw data channel in the LabChart data file prior to exporting the data to IGOR format.
