Why can't I use the "SetChannelHeights" function in a macro in LabChart 8 for Windows?

This is a known issue in LabChart 8 for Windows, and will corrected in a future software release. To work around this issue, you can use the "Saved Layouts" feature. This feature will allow you to save your channel heights so you can click one button to restore a certain view of your data.
To use this feature, set your Chart View channel heights as desired. Then, click the "Save Layout" button (outlined in purple in the image below).

In the Add Layout dialog, select Channel Heights check box.

Clicking OK will produce a labeled button to the right of the Save Layout button on the toolbar. You can click this labeled button manually to restore the desired channel heights, or you can record the click of this button in a Macro to automate the process.
