Why is the Delsys Trigno experiencing a "USB connection error"?

When the Delsys Trigno System shows "USB connection errors", make sure you ...

  1. Have connected the Base Station to the PC using a USB cable
  2. Have powered the Base Station. If working correctly, the sensors are charging and the main LED is on
  3. Have the latest software (Trigno Utility) and firmware for the Base Station and sensors.


The software and firmware can be updated as follows:


Ensure all Delsys equipment (Trigno base station and sensors) is fully charged, powered on, and connected to the computer.  Next, run the "Delsys Software Update" tool to check for firmware updates. This tool would of automatically been added with the Trigno Control Utility installation. To find the tool, simply search in your windows search bar. Additionally, we recommend using the latest release version of the Trigno Control Utility. This can be found HERE
