Why does the next Learning Module component appear greyed out and is unable to be accessed in the student's course page?

Each Learning Module component must be submitted before the subsequent component can be accessed. Therefore, each component of the Learning Module must contain a report page (LabAuthor) and have 'Display Submit button' (Server admin pages) configured for that particular course.
