Galvanic Oxygen Electrode
Used to measure oxygen concentration in aqueous solutions.
Overview
Used to measure oxygen concentration in aqueous solutions. The output in air-saturated deionized water is usually between 20 - 35 mV at 25 ºC with oxygen consumption of 3.45 x 10-13 mol O2/s per mV of signal. The electrode comprises a platinum cathode and a lead anode connected via an internal 7.5 kΩ resistor.
