If you are recording the core temperature data using BodyCap Core Temperature Pill, you can import the data into LabChart after the recording has concluded.
To do this, plug in the Equivital BodyCap Monitor and download the core pill data. This data will be saved to C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\Equivital\BodyCap Data.
Then, in LabChart:
- Open the LabChart Settings file named ReadPillData from HERE. This settings file has a macro to import the core temperature data directly from the raw file.
- In LabChart, on the Menu Bar -> Macro -> ReadPillData to run the macro.
- A dialog box will prompt you to open the Raw Pill Data CSV file -> Choose the relevant file
- You are prompted to enter the time zone with respect to UTC. This allows you to view the data in the time zone of recording. Note: All the times in the raw CSV file are in UTC.
- Then, an "Open Text File" dialog box appears. Make sure "Times in first column" is checked, uncheck the other options, Click OK.
- Your core temperature data will be visible in Channel 1 of LabChart.
