ADInstruments supply cables in 30cm and 1m lengths. 3rd party passive USB-C to USB-C Cables up to 4m in length are supported although in practice finding a suitable passive cable more than 2m in length is rare. For longer cables ‘Active’ cables are also theoretically supported. These types of cable contain active electronics that allow for longer transmission distances. There is large variety of subtly different types of these available and at this point exhaustive testing has not been done.
