What do I do if I have not yet received my Lt reset password email?

Confirm the Lt password reset email has not been received by searching the terms kuraCloud, Lt password reset, and noreply@kuracloud.com in your email client. Make sure you check your spam folder. If you are using an institution's email address, ensure emails from noreply@kuracloud.com are not being blocked by your institution. This may require checking with your institute's IT team.

The reset password email will look like the one below.

If you find the email, but the 'Reset Password' link has expired, please delete the expired reset email(s) and make sure you are using only the most recent reset link, as only the most recent link will be valid. If all reset links are expired, attempt the process again by selecting 'Forgot Password' on the LabStation cloud workspace login screen.

Please ensure the email you enter to receive the reset password email is the one associated with your Lt account. Once you receive the latest reset email, please complete the reset process within 24 hours before the reset link expires.

If you can't find the email, please attempt the reset process again. Please let your local support representative know if you are still waiting to receive the email one hour after requesting a password reset. Informing them, you have tried the above steps with no success. With your permission, your account activity will then be looked over to find out why you are not receiving the reset emails.
