To use the various forms of smart transducers (designated by "/ST" at the end of their model numbers) you will need have the following versions of LabChart or LabTutor installed:
- LabChart for Windows v7.3 or later
- LabChart for Mac v7.2 or later
- LabTutor for Windows v3.0.4 and v4.0.3 or later
