Why am I unable to connect to the LabTutor Server from my office computer?

Please ask your local IT to check following if you are unable to connect to the server after the initial install or have lost the ability to connect after a period of time:

  • Server still has static IP address that has not changed
  • Office computer is on same domain as server or has permission to cross domains if in different domains
  • User profile/permissions are not interfering
  • Antivirus not obstructing connections
  • Microsoft updates changes that impacted server settings
