The Millar Pressure-Volume System (MPVS) Duo in combination with the appropriate models of Millar's Mikro-Tip™ pressure-volume catheters can measure real-time pressure volume data in large and small animal models using either the conductance or admittance techniques.
The MPVS Duo's guided workflow alongside LabChart's PV Loop Module allows the user to switch between techniques and analyze the resulting data. For more information on how to set up the Duo for each method and animal model, please review the instructional videos below:
