The new PowerLab Spirometry Sensor makes exercise physiology labs easy, reducing set-up time, eliminating troubleshooting, and giving students ownership of their learning. The spirometer uses a pressure sensor to convert the differential pressure across a restriction into an electronic signal, that signal is then displayed in your software of choice. Students use the spirometer to record respiratory measurements as part of their Lt or Lt LabStation labs.
When combined with other PowerLab Sensors, the spirometry sensor provides a strong base for exercise physiology experiments.
