Thanks for coming to our Physiology Workshops in Lagos!

Regional Manager Mahmoud Khalil with a group of scientists attending the Physiology Educator Workshops in Lagos

We’d like to thank everyone who came to our Physiology Educator workshops - in all, 146 attendees from 23 universities - at the Physiological Society of Nigeria and International Union of Physiological Sciences meeting in Lagos last month. It was exciting to see how popular the workshops were, we had so many registrations we had to add in an extra session, and we really look forward to offering more in the future.

Regional Manager, Mahmoud Khalil and the General Manager for Education at ADInstruments, Tony Macknight, worked with the College of Medicine at the University of Lagos to demonstrate how technology can help educators to create engaging, hands-on and informative lessons, at the University's student labs, which have facilities for 100 students. The workshops focused on LabTutor modules used to teach students about heart rate, ECG and plethysmography which give a really good base across many life science fields.

Once again, thanks to all those who attended and we look forward to seeing you again!
