Changing Your Lt Password

If You Know Your Password

To change your Lt password when you still have access:

  1. Log in to Lt.
  2. Select your name or email address in the top-right corner of the Lt window.
  3. Choose Change Password from the menu.
  4. Follow the prompts to set a new password.

Please use these guidelines when creating a new password.

If You’ve Forgotten Your Password

To reset your Lt password:

  1. Go to the Lt login page.
  2. Click Reset Password.
  3. Enter your registered email address.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email and click the link to create a new password.

Additional Notes

  • If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.
  • Contact your Lt administrator or technical support if you continue to experience issues.
