It is not recommended that you use a Microsoft Account (Outlook / Hotmail) to log in to a Windows Computer running under ADInstruments' GLP Software. 'Microsoft' Accounts create username conflicts when attempting to configure a user to use ADInstruments GLP Software package.
Specifically the Username set in the GLP Server (which will list a Local Account) will not match the Username (which will display the Microsoft Account) that is displayed when trying to sign a File in LabChart.
You should therefore ensure that each User has a Local Account configured, and is not using an Outlook or Hotmail Account to log in to their Windows Computer.
