Sending your LabStation logs files to us can help and quicken the diagnosis of issues with LabStation. Please see the instructions below for doing so in Windows 11.
Reveal Hidden Folders:
- Press Windows + E to open File Explorer.
- In the File Explorer window, select View on the top menu, hover over Show, and select Hidden items.
- Hidden folders and files will now be visible.
Navigate to the Folder:
- In File Explorer, click on the address bar at the top and type:
C:\ProgramData\ADInstruments\Lt LabStation
- Press Enter to navigate to the folder.
Locate and Zip the Directories:
- Inside the folder, locate the data-server-logs and logs folders.
- To zip the folders: Right-click on data-server-logs, hover over Send to, and select Compressed (zipped) folder.
- Repeat the process for the logs folder.
Send the Zipped Folders:
- The zipped folders will appear in the same directory. Attach them to an email and send them to your ADInstruments representative.
