The installer for the latest firmware can be downloaded from the Finapres website HERE.
Download the installer onto an external flash drive, and follow the steps listed below.
- Connect the flash drive to the USB port on the back of the Finapres® NOVA.
- Open the System Settings menu and choose "Software Settings".
- Open the "Available Versions" dropdown menu, and select the firmware version you wish to install.
- Click "Install Selected Version".
After the firmware has finished uploading, the NOVA will shut down. At that point, please restart the NOVA, and wait for the firmware update to install (this can take several minutes). After the firmware installs, the main menu should appear, and the unit will be ready to use.
