I recently purchased multiple Smartpads/tBases. Why are none of the SmartPads/tBases recognized in Configsoft during configuration step?

All Smartpads /tBases are configured to the "Setup" channel when shipped. If all the units are switched on at the same time, Configsoft cannot recognize any unit due to signal interference. 

To avoid this, please ensure that only one SmartPad/tBase is switched on and paired with a telemeter. It should be configured to one of the 40 available transmission channels.
