This is a known issue in LabChart 8 for Windows and the Video Capture Module. While the software help menu describes this as possible, LabChart will instead save an empty video file folder, or not generate a video file folder at all. There is no known workaround at this time. This issue will be corrected in a future release of LabChart for Windows and the Video Capture Module.
