Purchases from ADInstruments are subject to the following terms and conditions*.
Currency:
Prices listed are in US or Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.
Payment Terms:
ADInstruments accepts purchase orders from approved US and Canadian institutions. First-time buyers may be required to complete a credit application. Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. A finance charge equivalent to 2% of the value of an order will be assessed on invoices for each 30 days overdue. ADInstruments accepts payment by check, Electronic Funds Transfer, or credit cards.
Return Policy:
ADInstruments PowerLabs and Signal Conditioners that have not been opened may be returned within 15 business days of the invoice date. A re-stocking fee equivalent to 15% of the value of the item will be assessed for all returned items. If a purchase order is used items must be returned prior to payment of an invoice, ADInstruments will not issue refund checks. If an item is returned after an invoice has been paid with a check, the difference will be retained as a credit toward a future purchase. Equipment that has been used may not be returned.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL for Instruments, all Third Party Products, Transducers, Accessories, Interfaces, Software, Software Upgrades, and Spare Parts.
Shipping:
ADInstruments ships FOB destination, freight prepaid and added within the US; and FOB origin, freight prepaid and added outside the United States. Charges include delivery to the US or Canada by UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. ADInstruments does not ship freight collect.
Sales Taxes, Duties and Brokerage:
Sales taxes are payable in the states of: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, New
Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. Proof of tax-exempt status must accompany a purchase order. Shipments outside the United States do not include import duties or taxes.
Availability:
Expected ship dates are estimates and are subject to change without notice. Prompt delivery cannot be guaranteed for any item not in stock on the day an order is placed.
Order Confirmation:
An order confirmation will be sent to the purchaser after an order has been received. Please review your confirmation and contact ADInstruments if any items should be changed. Please refer to your purchase order number when making inquiries regarding your order.
