Countdown to the German Physiological Society meeting 2014

Only one day to go until the 93rd Annual Meeting of the German Physiological Society (DPG) begins in Mainz. Described as “three days of excellent science in a beautiful city on the Rhine,” the DPG meeting aims to foster interaction between different fields of physiology as well as offering presentations on cutting-edge physiological research and overviews of how the field has advanced in recent years.  We can’t wait to hear about the latest research!

We have two presenters from ADInstruments participating in DPG 2014. Emeritus Professor Tony Macknight is a keynote speaker at the pre-conference symposium and will be talking about “Using New Technologies to Transform Education.” If you haven’t made it to Germany, we hope to bring you a video of Tony’s presentation. It’s a fascinating subject and one that affects many of our education customers.

During the workshop sessions, Chris Wright, one of our most passionate education specialists and the Head of Business Development, will be presenting at the LabTutor User Meeting on the “Next Generation of LabTutor.” This is such a great opportunity for us to meet people using our education software in the field.
