Arterial Blood Pressure
To measure arterial blood pressure, the Kaha Rat Pressure Telemeter body is implanted into the abdomen and the catheter sensor is inserted into the abdominal aorta. Kaha pressure telemeters are fitted with Millar solid-state pressure sensors, allowing sensitive and highly accurate pressure measurement from the catheter tip. The sensitivity of the solid-state pressure sensor, and the reliability of the rechargeable telemeter body, make this an ideal product for long-term invasive blood pressure monitoring.
