The Equivital Sensor Belt allows an Equivital SEM (purchased separately) to be worn securely on the body. The B3 Equivital Sensor Belt now has two shoulder straps for a better fit and improved comfort. It contains the ECG electrodes and expansion based respiratory belt transducer required by the SEM. It also contains the 2 ports and pouches required to securely store and interface with both the SEM itself as well as any external battery packs or GSR modules in use. It is designed to last at least 25 washes. The belt is available in 9 sizes.

Own an older SEM (EQ-02-SEM-007) but require a new belt? For compatibility you will need to update the firmware of your SEM. Steps on how to complete this are provided in the Equivital Manager Software. The EQ-02-SEM-007 will fit into the new B3 belt range, but due to the new mounting mechanism the fit will not be completely secure, especially during more ‘extreme’ motion. For recommended options on how to ensure best fit for your research, please contact your local sales or support representative.
