Change Since Previous Version

There have been improvements to the following:

• Event Manger now supports the option to disable or enable event firing whist in monitor mode. Note that comment actions can never be performed in monitor mode regardless of this setting.
• Event Manger now works as expected when there are channels which are turned off in the data file.
• The Level Event setup dialog now displays the correct units for the channel for which the event is being setup for.
