If your Masterflex Peristaltic Pump is not allowing you to correctly set the unit's pump direction or speed it may need to be reset. To reset the Masterflex L/S pump drive, please follow the steps below:
- With the drive off, hold down the UP key and turn on the drive.
- The drive will alternately display “1” and then “CAL”,
- Release the UP key.
- Press the UP or DOWN keys and then the display will scroll through the following maximum speed (in RPM) options: 100 -> 200 -> 300 -> 400 -> 600 -> 650.
- When the correct speed for your particular model is displayed, press the START/STOP key. To find the appropriate maximum speed for the model of Masterflex Peristaltic Pump you purchased from ADInstruments, please refer to the webpage located HERE.
- The display will momentarily light all segments and then return to zero.
- The maximum speed setting is now correct.
