If the Configurator cannot communicate with the SmartPad the following error message may appear.
Click OK and try the following before attempting the Transmission Frequency change again:
- Check that the SmartPad status light is either green or orange
- Check that you have entered the correct SmartPad Serial Number
- Check that you have entered the correct SmartPad Transmission Frequency
- Move the Configurator closer to the SmartPad
- Turn off any other telemeters or SmartPads on the same Transmission Frequency
