Meet our newly designed Cardiomyocyte Isolation System! This enhanced design builds on the fundamentals of previous Radnoti systems to improve myocyte yield and the overall experiment experience.
Dr. JC Tan, familiar with running myocyte isolation experiments during his PhD, has leveraged his personal experiences with existing high quality glassware and materials manufactured by Radnoti, to create a new compact system that allows for easy and efficient buffer/perfusion pathlines. In this webinar, Dr. Tan discusses the importance of boroscilicate glassware for clear visualization of the perfusate pathway, the ability to easily simplify or upgrade the apparatus to match the complexity of your research needs, and more!
During the webinar, Dr. Tan covers the fundamentals of Cardiomyocyte Isolation and improvements over previous iterations of glassware systems. He also provides a quick overview of the fast set-up process, from the box to a fully assembled system.
Learning Objectives:
- Introduction to Cardiomyocyte Isolation
- Improvements over other Myocyte Isolation Systems
- Inherent Values of Materials
- Increasing Yield and Overall Experiment Experience
- Installation and Set-Up
