Content Improvements

• Lt Sensor EMG lab settings file improvements: we have reduced the sampling range from 200 mV to 15 mV to allow better resolution of data. This affects the following labs:
  • Muscle and EMG - Lab v1.3.5 (Sensors version)
  • Reflexes and Reaction Times - Lab v1.3.6 (Sensor version)
  • Spinal Reflexes - Lab v1.3.7 (Sensor version)
• Skeletal Muscle Function - Lab v1.3.4
  • Added “nerve conduction” to keywords

New Lt Feature Releases

• The Content Library now
  • Filters on "subscribed"/"Premium" content
  • Filters content on hardware required for a lesson/module
  • Has a flag for "Premium" content
  • Is fully keyboard accessible
  • Remember previously selected filters
  • Shows a spinner when loading
• Sampling panels using example data now have a simpler interface for students
• The grading interface now warns if the entered grade exceeds the maximum grade
• The Instance Administration page now displays active staff.
• The course settings now allows admins to set the "Student Contact" to "No contact" which removes the students ability to message a course contact
• The annotation panel now has more colours.

Improvements and Bug fixes

• In the Instance Administration page, courses no longer appear under all course administrators
• Canvas Integration no longer errors when syncing students or grades when there were different cases in email addresses
• Labstation no longer loses sampled data in saved lessons when a Windows user’s account name contains Japanese characters
• The time axis no longer disappears when example data with less than one data point per second is uploaded

Recently we released the Lt Sensors Human Physiology collection, and two new lessons in the Getting Started collection to support Lt Sensors.

We’ve also re-released all of our lessons to allow filtering by language and hardware in the content library. Additionally, this means previously accumulated bug fixes and small improvements are now live in the content library. Tip: use ctrl+f to search for any specific lessons that you’re interested in.

• The scroll bar in the archived and deleted courses sidebar now functions as expected
• Temporarily losing internet access while a lesson is loading now does not cause some panels to be marked as unloaded. Only loaded panels persist data
• Drag handles now behave as expected for multiple choice question panels
• Deleting and/or archiving courses function restored

Improvements and Bug fixes

• Grading environment:
  • Fixed a bug in the grading environment where setting the max grade or turning auto-grading off wouldn't appear to persist after refreshing the browser. This only occurred for lessons inside a module.
  • Stopped checkpoints from blocking graders being able to view the whole lesson in the "View Model Answers" feature
• Sampled data is no longer missing in a saved lesson in LabStation
• Students are now able to start a second grace period after the first license they entered had expired
• Example data now shows for a second sampling panel using a spirometer

• Accessibility improvements now allow students to tab through the student licensing screen (access codes) and course sidebar.

Improvements and Bug fixes

• Grading interface:
  • Fix for grades appearing out of sync with the panel grade for users with slow internet
  • Disabled the grade input box until the grade has loaded, so it's clear that grades are still loading
  • Fixed the students’ grade/progress indicators from becoming out of sync
  • Fix for a bug in the grading interface where model answers could appear blank
  • Fixed the header incorrectly labeling background pages and popups as normal pages
  • Error message now displays on panels when they are detected as having failed to load
  • Stopped the first grade from not being able to be set or saved
  • Loading spinners added to panels in the grading interface to indicate when the student's answer is still loading. For example, if you accidentally set grades on questions that hadn't been updated to show the current student's answer
