Overview
This is a high impedance headstage that can be taped directly to the skin of a human subject (for microneurography studies, for example) or mounted in a micromanipulator for extracellular recordings. It is supplied with the Neuro Amp EX (note that this not suitable for intracellular recordings or recording with glass microelectrodes).
Key Features
- A gain of 100 x with a 10 Hz high pass filter
- The cable shielding is directly connected to the casing, limiting the need for additional shielding at the input terminals.
- The headstage includes three input sockets (female Amphenol connectors) that accept standard metal microelectrodes.
- The headstage is supplied with 6 male Amphenol connectors (microelectrodes are to be purchased separately).
