In Lt, groups are formed and managed by students. Groups enable collaborative learning, where students can work together on lessons. Students can form a group by logging in together using the Group Login page.
If you are accessing Lt through an LMS deeplink, groups are formed using the Group Sharing feature, which simplifies the process of working collaboratively within an LMS environment.

Group Formation and Size
A group can consist of one to twenty students. Once a group is formed, every group member receives a copy of the work completed together, and grading is done on an individual basis. This ensures all members retain access to their work while being assessed independently.
Checking Group Members
Students can view the current members of their group by selecting the menu in the top-right corner of the window. This feature helps ensure that all group members are logged in correctly.

Editing a Group
Groups can be reformed at any time. To edit a group, all members need to log out and then log back in using the group login form with the desired group members. This ensures flexibility if group composition needs to change.
Understanding the Group Leader Role
The first student to log in as part of the group is automatically designated as the Group Leader. The Group Leader’s previous work determines the starting point for lessons continued by the group. This allows groups to seamlessly pick up where the leader’s previous group left off.
