In HRV, the peak frequency for each band can be found by placing the cursor over the peak of interest in the HRV Power Spectrum Plot. For example, the attached image shows the cursor placed on the peak of the LF band and the text at the top of the View indicates that this peak is at 0.092Hz. This process can be repeated for each band.
