What range setting should be used in LabChart when recording data with Oxygen Microelectrodes?

The output of the Oxygen Microelectrode and O2-ADPT Analog Adaptor combination is dependent on the temperature of the gas or fluid being sampled.  At 25 degrees Celsius, the adapter will output approximately 300 mV when reading a gas or fluid with normal atmospheric concentrations of oxygen, and approximately 1.5 Volts for a 100% saturated fluid or gas.  Depending on the expected concentrations, we recommend selecting the range setting in LabChart that is twice the maximum value expected.  If the application requires measuring oxygen concentrations near 100% at body temperature (37 degrees Celsius) the O2-ADPT100 Analog Adapter will be required.
