Curious to witness our Rodent Langendorff System in action? Join us for an in-person workshop at the Charles Perkins Centre, The University of Sydney this June!
This workshop, led by Associate Professor Melanie White and her expert team, will provide a comprehensive system overview and a live demonstration of Langendorff experiments in a rat model.
Feel free to ask questions, delve into discussions, and enhance your understanding of Langendorff techniques.
Please note: Spaces for this workshop are strictly limited. Register your interest early to secure your spot.
Got a question about this workshop? Feel free to reach out to Amy Cheah at a.cheah@adinstruments.com or contact us.
Registration deadline: 5:00pm AEST, Wednesday 16th April 2025

About Melanie White
The Cardiometabolic Proteomics group, led by A/Prof Melanie White, is focused on understanding molecular changes in the heart in response to metabolic disease and type 2 diabetes. She specialises in isolated ex-vivo perfusion studies in intact hearts and applying mass spectrometry to investigate changes in protein, metabolite and lipid profiles. With a network of collaborators, they use discovery phase models for validation in clinical settings. Her expertise in post-translational modification enrichment techniques for application to mass spectrometry, the goal is to let the biology tell the story. Melanie is the current Secretary of the Australasian Proteomics Society (APS) and a Fellow of the American Heart Association (AHA). She also teaches senior-year medical science and biochemistry students at the University of Sydney.
