ADInstruments provides Y-valves with the face masks for breathing experiments (spirometry).
Within these Y-valves are diaphragms that allow air to flow in one direction only. Over time, these valves may require replacement.
By unscrewing the appropriate section of the Y-valves, you can remove the diaphragm assembly. This assembly consists of the Diaphragm (Spiral-Type) membrane which sits on the Diaphragm Ring (seat).
Replacement items may be purchased separately as, others are also available for different valve types
- 2700 Series Diaphragm, Spiral Type (Large)
- 2700 Series Diaphragm Ring (Seat)
