New Jeddah office opening soon

We're happy to announce a new ADInstruments office will be opening soon in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The study of life sciences has been advancing in leaps and bounds in the Middle East and North Africa and it's really exciting to be involved. Our research and education products are now used in over 200 universities and 23 countries in the region, and with a local office, we'll be able to offer many more workshops and training events to our customers, plus more specialized support from our on-site team.

Meet our key team members

We'd also like to introduce the team of ADInstruments application scientists who will be in Jeddah from May.

Mahmoud Khalil - Regional Manager, Middle East and North Africa

Mahmoud has a Master's degree in Engineering and Biomedical Engineering and a BSc in Computer Engineering. He is responsible for sales, training and support in the Middle East and North Africa region. Mahmoud joined ADInstruments in 2011 as a Training and Support Scientist. Prior to this, he worked for the United Nations as well as Biomedical, IT companies in the Middle East and Australia.​

Dr. JC Tan - Product Manager 

JC is very familiar with all ADInstruments’ products. He has a PhD in cardiovascular models of hypocontractility and hypercontractility, investigating calcium cycling, sensitivity and contractility. He joined ADInstruments in 2006, providing training and support for staff and customer workshops around the world including Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand.

Maryam Kammoun - International Project Sales Engineer

Maryam joined ADInstruments in 2010 and has been involved in numerous projects within the company including Research and Development, Marketing and Sales. Maryam has an Honours degree in Biomedical Engineering/Medical Science, and also a Master's degree in Pharmacy.

 

In preparation for the new office, Mahmoud, JC and Maryam will be travelling around many of the universities in the region offering support and training with our research and education products. The Itinerary so far includes Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Algeria, Lebanon and Nigeria. Please contact us for more details.
