Radnoti Water Jacketed Reservoirs
Overview
Radnoti water jacketed reservoirs are designed to work with a compatible thermoregulated water bath recirculator to maintain a volume of buffer solution at precise temperatures prior to delivery to the perfused or superfused sample. Constructed of of high quality borosilicate glass, they feature a side outlet port, water jacketing inlet and outlet ports that uses Radnoti Quick Disconnect attachment fittings, and a threaded-top closure that accepts both a Radnoti Reservoir Filling Funnel and a compatible Radnoti Oxygenating Bubbler for of the buffer solution gassing.
They are an important component in all Radnoti glass apparatuses, including Tissue-Organ Bath, Liver, Langendorff and Working Heart apparatuses. Being available in a range of sizes and together with the modular nature of Radnoti apparatuses, allow them to be used in a variety of ways. As an example, a second reservoir can be used in hypoxia experiments or if the addition of modified media or drugs of the experimental protocol precludes the use of the injection ports. These reservoirs can be an ideal source of aerated solutions for organ baths or gassed solutions used in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) protocols. To maintain hydro-static pressure, one reservoir is placed slightly higher than the other so that the higher reservoir will feed the lower reservoir by siphon action, and thereby maintain a constant level.
Note: When ordering reservoirs individually, all related components will be required and purchased separately, including Radnoti Quick Disconnect tubing.

A borosilicate glass Radnoti 0.25 L water jacketed reservoir with a 75 mm water-jacketed OD, 150 mm, water-jacketed Height and 190 mm Overall Height. It is compatible with 140143-025 Oxygenating Bubbler with Inlet for 0.25 L Reservoir or 140144-025 Oxygenating Bubbler with Dual Inlets (3/8") for 0.25 L Reservoir.
Radnoti 0.5 L Water Jacketed Reservoir
A borosilicate glass Radnoti 0.5 L water jacketed reservoir with a 100 mm water-jacketed OD, 150 mm, water-jacketed Height and 190 mm Overall Height. It is compatible with 140143-0 Oxygenating Bubbler with Inlet for 0.5 L Reservoir or 140144-0 Oxygenating Bubbler with Dual Inlets (3/8") for 0.5 L Reservoir.
Radnoti 1.0 L Water Jacketed Reservoir
A borosilicate glass Radnoti 1 L water jacketed reservoir with a 125 mm water-jacketed OD, 185 mm, water-jacketed Height and 230 mm Overall Height. It is compatible with 140143-1 Oxygenating Bubbler with Inlet for 1 L Reservoir or 140144-1 Oxygenating Bubbler with Dual Inlets (3/8") for 1 L Reservoir.
Radnoti 2.0 L Water Jacketed Reservoir
A borosilicate glass Radnoti 2 L water jacketed reservoir with a 150 mm water-jacketed OD, 235 mm, water-jacketed Height and 280 mm Overall Height. It is compatible with 140143-2 Oxygenating Bubbler with Inlet for 2 L Reservoir or 140144-2 Oxygenating Bubbler with Dual Inlets (3/8") for 2 L Reservoir.
Radnoti 5.0 L Water Jacketed Reservoir (Standard)
A borosilicate glass Radnoti 5 L water jacketed reservoir with a 178 mm water-jacketed OD, 360 mm, water-jacketed Height and 405 mm Overall Height.
