The MPVS Ultra Data Acquisition Error (Unable to find MPVS Ultra hardware) appears when the MPVS Ultra unit is not recognized by the computer.
To resolve this issue and use the MPVS Ultra Control Software, ensure that your MVPS Ultra hardware is connected via USB to your computer and is powered ON.
