Adding subtitles to your video files enhances accessibility and ensures that all students can benefit from your content. Fortunately, adding subtitles in Lt is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps:
While in Edit Mode, drag and drop a WebVTT (.vtt) file onto your uploaded video file. Once uploaded, the subtitles will automatically sync with your video.
When in Preview Mode, a small icon with three horizontal white lines will appear in the video panel, just to the right of the volume bar. Students can select this icon to enable Subtitles and activate closed captioning.
How it works:
- Click the subtitle icon to toggle subtitles on or off.
- Students can select No Subtitles if they prefer to watch the video without closed captioning.
- Press play to see the subtitles in action!
