What is the manufacturer warranty period for Millar products?

Millar offers a wide range of products with varying manufacturer warranty periods. Below is a list of common products and their warranty periods:

 

  1. MPVS DUO Pressure Volume System – 1 year
  2. All Mouse, Rat, and Large Animal Pressure-Volume Catheters – 6 months
  3. Pressure Only Catheters 
    1. MIKRO-CATH Single Use Pressure Catheter – 2 years
    2. SPR-215, SPR-350, and SPR-751 Pressure Catheters – 1 year
    3. SPR - 671 and SPR-1000 Pressure Catheters – 6 months
    4. SPR-524 Pressure Catheter – 30 days
  4. Electrophysiology Catheters – 1 year
  5. Non-Invasive Pulse Tonometer – 1 year
  6. Millar Pressure System (MPS-2000) – 1 year
  7. Pressure Signal Conditioner Unit (PCU-2000) – 1 year
  8. Pressure Control Unit (TC-510) – 1 year
  9. All Interface cables – 1st Use and Not Repairable

Please note that this is not a comprehensive list of every Millar product in production. Additionally, THIS article discusses what is covered under Millar's manufacturer warranty.

 

Outside of Millar’s manufacturer warranty, Millar catheters not marked as non-repairable with an 'NR' in their product code and/or product description (i.e. SPR-839A-NR) have a 3-year repair life during which they could potentially be repaired for a fee. If your catheter is outside of this 3-year repair window, your catheter cannot be repaired. PV-Loop and Pressure control units do not fall under this 3-year repairable window, and can be repaired for a fee as long as Millar offers support for them.
