Isolated Heart Action Potential Kits

For recording up to four biphasic action potentials (“ECG”) from an isolated rat heart either using needle or spring clip electrodes. It includes:

For recording a single biphasic action potential (“ECG”) from an isolated rat heart either using needle or spring clip electrodes. It includes:

• Needle Electrodes for FE136 (3 pk)
• Spring Clip Electrodes for FE136 (3 pk)

For recording a single monophasic action potential from an isolated rat heart using a spring loaded platinum tipped lead to maintain constant contact with the beating heart without destroying or damaging tissue. It is specifically designed for use with the Radnoti Langendorff and Working Heart apparatuses, and includes:

• Isolated Heart MAP Electrode Set (Rat, ADI)
• Radnoti MAP Electrode to Bio Amp Interface Cable Set (3m)
