Isolated Heart Pressure Kits

This Langendorff heart kit is designed to specifically measure developed pressure in the left ventricle of a Langendorff rat heart experiment. This kit includes:

• Bridge Amp + C Series Front End Interface
• Physiological Pressure Transducer
• Transducer Bracket
• Flexible balloon catheter (for sizes 3 & 4)
• Latex Balloon (size 3 for Rats, 10 pk)
• 2x 3-Way Luer Tap with Locking Ring
• 2x Female Luer Thread Style Coupler (PC)

This isolated heart kit is designed to provide accurate, precise, high frequency response pressure measurements using the Mikro-Tip pressure technology with a suitable amplifier in an isolated rat heart experiment. The kit includes: 

• Pressure Catheter (1.4F, Single, Straight, 15cm, Ny, NR)
• Catheter Interface Cable (Low Profile to DIN 8, 10ft)
• Tuohy Borst Adapter

If required, several ADInstruments Bridge Amp options are available for purchase separately.

This isolated heart kit is designed to detect a single channel of pressure from a fluid-filled catheter, connected to either a Langendorff or Working Heart system.  It includes:
