Radnoti Specialized Tubing and Spare Parts

Silicone tubing that is used either for the Drainage or Overflow lines in a perfusion circuit of a Radnoti apparatus. It is highly permeant to oxygen and carbon dioxide, as well as most other common gasses, which permits rapid equilibration of solutions with most gas mixtures.

A Tygon tubing that has an inner diameter of 3/8 (0.375)"; 9.5 mm and an outer diameter of 1/2 (0.5)"; 12.7 mm. It is used as the outer tubing of a Water Jacketed Flex Tube Assembly. The ends are heat-sealed to prevent contamination in shipment.

Tubing used to connect the perfusion circuit within an Radnoti apparatus. It has an inner diameter of 3/32 (0.093)"; 2.4 mm and an outer diameter of 5/32 (0.156)"; 4 mm. The ends are heat-sealed to prevent contamination in shipment.

Tubing used in Radnoti’s Quick Disconnect Water Jacketing methodology for temperature maintenance of the perfusion circuit. It has an inner diameter of 3/16 (0.187)”; 4.8 mm and an outer diameter of 5/16 (0.312)”; 8 mm. The ends are heat-sealed to prevent contamination in shipment.

A 50 ft roll of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tubing with an ID of 2 mm and OD of 3 mm. It is used as the inner perfusion tubing of a Water Jacketed Flex Tube Assembly. 

A tubing assembly that is designed to be used with the Easy Load Pump Heads of the Radnoti Precision Peristaltic Pumps. The tubing is a Masterflex® L/S® 13 platinum-cured silicone with 0.031" (0.80 mm) ID that fits a 0.0625" barb, and can handle a maximum flow rate of 30 ml/min.

A tubing assembly that is designed to be used with the Easy Load Pump Heads of the Radnoti Precision Peristaltic Pumps. The tubing is a Masterflex® L/S® 16 platinum-cured silicone with 0.122" (3.10 mm) ID that fits a 0.125" barb, and can handle a maximum flow rate of 460 ml/min.

A pack of 12 black phenolic screw caps with a 13 mm ID and 13-425 thread. They are used to cap a correspondingly sized threaded glass port of a Radnoti glassware if unused, such as the Quick Disconnect designed ports. They can also be used to seal a narrow glass tube or to provide additional protection to the glass ports during transportation. The caps are autoclavable.

Designed to ease assembly of Quick Disconnect (QD) designed water jacketed tubing (purchased separately), in Radnoti tissue-organ bath apparatuses. It assists the insertion of the appropriate tubing onto Quick Disconnect Sleeve Inserts (Polypropene, 25pk).

These are replacement drilled caps for the Quick Disconnect used for water jacketed tubing, such as in Radnoti's 5-50mL tissue baths.

A pack of 12 clear polycarbonate luer lock rings. Each snaps onto any male luer connector, which allows it to lock onto a female luer connector after attachment.

An adapter that connects a female Luer to any compatible outlet/inlet of a Radnoti glassware via a Quick Disconnect Drilled Cap and O-Ring (Viton, 1 x 5 mm), which are all purchased separately. Hence, it accepts attachment of any tubing with a male luer connector. Supplied as a pack of 6. Drilled Caps and O-Rings can be purchased separately as SP7120 O-Ring (Viton, 1 x 5 mm, 12pk) and 160196 Drilled Caps for QD W/J Tubing (Std, 12pk).

A pack of 6 adapters that are usually used in a Water Jacketed Flex Tube Assembly. Each connects and holds the end of an inner Teflon Tubing for Flex Tube Assembly (2X3mm) at the end of a Glass Body via a Quick Disconnect Drilled Cap and O-Ring (Viton, 1 x 5 mm), which are all purchased separately. Its other side is an UNF 1/4” 28 Threaded end that connects to a Radnoti Flex Tube Ferrule (purchased separately). Supplied as a pack of 6. Drilled Caps and O-Rings can be purchased separately as SP7120 O-Ring (Viton, 1 x 5 mm, 12pk) and 160196 Drilled Caps for QD W/J Tubing (Std, 12pk) respectively.

A pack of 6 adapters that are usually used in a Water Jacketed Flex Tube Assembly. Each secures onto a Radnoti QD to Flex Tube Ferrule Adapter (UNF 1/4” 28 Thread) with a Ferrule, and connects them to a Finger Snap Luer Lock Ring (all purchased separately). A suitable polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tape (not supplied) is required to create a suitable seal between the two adapters. Connecting components can be purchased separately as SP7101 Radnoti QD to Flex Tube Ferrule Adapter (UNF 1/4” 28 Thread, 6pk), SP7105 Radnoti Flex Tube Ferrule (12pk), 120731 Finger Snap Luer Lock Ring (PC, Clear, 12pk).

A pack of 12 orange colored fittings that are used in a Water Jacketed Flex Tube Assembly. One is required when connecting a Radnoti QD to Flex Tube Ferrule Adapter to Flex Tube Male Luer Adapter, which provides interfacing strengthening and preventing wear. 

A pack of 2 vital glass components that are used in assembling the connecting interface ends of a Water Jacketed Flex Tube Assembly. It is designed to work together with an outer Radnoti Tygon Perfusate Tubing (0.375" x 0.5") and other components to provide water jacketing around an inner Teflon Tubing for Flex Tube Assembly (2X3mm). Tubings can be purchased separately as 130155-001X Teflon Tubing for Flex Tube Assembly (2X3mm, 50ft) and 120156 Radnoti Tygon Perfusate Tubing (0.375" x 0.5", 50 ft).

A pack of 12 Viton O-Rings that are used in several Radnoti glass apparatus designs, such as the assembly of the water-jacketed flex tube, fluid entry and exit luer ports on the compliance bubble trap. Each has a 5 mm inner diameter and a 1 mm cross section.

A pack of 12 white Nylon connectors. Each has a male luer on one end that allows it to slip into any female luer, and a barb on its other end that is suitable to connect to a 1/8” (3.2 mm) ID tubing.

A pack of 12 white Nylon connectors. Each has a male luer on both ends that allow them to connect two female luer connections together.

A pack of 12 connectors. Each has a male luer with an integral lock ring that allows it to lock into any female luer, and its other end is a barb that fits to any 1/8” (3.2 mm) ID tubing.
