Isolated Perfused Rodent Liver Foundation System
A foundation system that provides the glassware for perfusing an isolated rodent liver to maintain its hepatic function. The system is equipped with acquisition hardware and software for data collection and analysis of parameters including pressure, flow, and temperature.

For years, the isolated perfused rodent liver (IPRL) model has been used to investigate the physiology and pathophysiology of the liver and has remained a reliable and popular reperfusion model for a range of applications including:

The ADInstruments Isolated Perfused Rodent Liver Foundation System combines the corresponding high-quality glass apparatus with a versatile PowerLab and LabChart data acquisition and analysis system for perfused rodent (mouse or rat) liver experiments.
