LabChart Support

• Exporting or copying and pasting text now produces correct data for channels containing Cyclic Measurements calculation data in multi-rate files.
• Fixed an issue where LabChart might close unexpectedly after closing a PowerLab Front-end dialog. This could happen when configuring a PowerLab input on the second PowerLab used in a multi-PowerLab file.
• Updated the ReadMe to show correct supported Windows operating systems: Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

Windows

• Nihon Kohden device support
• Fixed several issues when using a Nihon Kohden NH300 device:
  • Amplitude of signal in Input Amplifier now always matches Chart view.
  • Changing the transducer type parameter in the Input Amplifier now always causes the correct gain range, units and scale for that transducer to be applied.
  • Opening the Input Amplifier, or changing controls in the Input Amplifier, no longer cause either that input or other inputs to be disabled.

General

• Includes necessary support for the new Non Invasive Cardiac Output extension which can be downloaded from Feature Manager.
• Fixed issue where setting scale to the default range in Input Amplifier chooses incorrect range.
• The date now correctly appears on all pages printed from the Scope View.

Mac

A new "File Name" Data Pad function is available under the Block Information section in the Data Pad Column Setup Dialog which returns the name of the file containing the current selection.

Chart View

• The Chart View now scrolls in response to the mouse wheel.

Macros

• The correct macro code is now generated when recording adding a comment.
• Additional macro support has been added to Preset Comments.
• An additional ‘Position’ parameter has been added to the Digital Input-based script events to allow higher accuracy when positioning comments.

Export

• LabChart now allows the export of channel names with up to 10 characters to Axon. In order to get 10 characters the export needs to be in pClamp9 format.
• Improved behavior to ensure the resulting data range is correct when exporting a mix of selected channels with widely differing data ranges

Data Pad Plots

• Improved reliability when a Data Pad Plots scale is adjusted using the Set Scale option while LabChart is sampling.
• Improved drawing performance of Data Pad Plots.
• Histogram Plots now have an option for calculating the bin parameters automatically.
• LabChart shortcut keys now work correctly when a Data Pad Plots view has focus.
• Plots now work with Data Pad values created from the Comment Number and Scope Page Number calculations.
• Auto Scale and Continuous Auto Scale toolbar buttons can now be used for individual Plots.

General

LabChart for Mac now correctly applies custom channel names when opening a LabChart settings file.

Channel Calculations

• Improved the performance for large files using complex Channel Calculations on the Mac.
• Improved the accuracy of the Spectral Edge Frequency Data Pad and Channel Calculations.

Chart and Scope View

• Improved the behavior when renaming Scope pages on Mac.
• Chart View now displays sampling speed and gain ranges when the mouse is over the right-hand parameters region.
• The maximum allowed time compression for the Chart and Scope Views has been increased to 500k:1.
• Saving as ADIDAT now supports saving the Chart View selection range. This is the same behavior as Saving as ADICHT.
• Improved reliability when using Multiple Add to Data Pad to add data using comments on an averaged page in Scope View.

Sampling

• Improved behavior to disallow opening Sampling Dialog in Analysis Mode.
• Improved reliability to ensure the Disk Buffer Recovery process recovers all available data after a power failure while sampling.

Chart and Scope View

• Channels in the Chart View are no longer sometimes drawn blank after comments are added while sampling.

Equivital

Added support for Equivital 02 LifeMonitor. To record from Equivital 02 LifeMonitor devices, the Equivital LifeMonitor Device Enabler must also be installed.

The Equivital 02 LifeMonitor streams data directly to LabChart, and supports ECG, Respiration, Temperature and XYZ Accelerometry signals recorded from Human subjects. The device can also capture GSR, SP02, Core Temperature, Skin patch temperature with supported ancillary devices.

SimpleFileSDK

The LabChart installer now includes the latest version (1.0.2) of SimpleFileSDK. This version works with LabChart data files created with LabChart 8.1 or later.

General

• Fixed an issue where some views couldn’t be copy-and-pasted into other applications.
• Stimulator interval can now be specified in milliseconds.
• Fixed an issue where the input amplifier dialog would reset its scale to default after any setting was changed.
• Fixed an issue where Data Pad’s channel value calculations were sometimes out by a constant factor. This could happen when making selections in the Scope view and a background page had been specified.
• Fixed issue where Bioamp Dialog could display combinations of Low pass and High pass filter settings that were not supported by the hardware.

• Improved behavior to ensure LabChart always exits cleanly.
• The Display Settings dialog now includes a Help button.
• DVM windows now update to show the correct value even when the corresponding channel has been collapsed (hidden).
